In home care after baby is born will look different for every family. My packages include breastfeeding assistance, help with siblings and pets, meal prep, light housecleaning and chores as well as emotional support, encouragement, and helpful resources when you need more help than I can provide.

Bringing a new life into the world is a sacred transition. Having an experienced support person by your side can have a huge impact on outcomes. Studies show that doulas decrease the rate of c-section and dissatisfaction with the birth process. More info here.

Pricing is based on a sliding scale. Most local doulas charge between $600-$1200. I work with you to find an affordable price for you and your family as I believe everyone deserves to have the support of a doula regardless of income.

Meal prep services consist of me coming to your home and preparing a number of nutritious meals that can be enjoyed immediately or frozen in preparation for busier times. I will pull from my experiences owning my own baking business as well as traditional postpartum herbal wisdom and recipes from older generations and different global cultures. I work with your preferences and dietary restrictions.
